At The Castra Gym we aim to tailor our classes to the requirements of our members. We can arrange for convenient times and also offer private classes. Our professional Instructors are proficient in all genre of fitness class including: Aerobics, ABT (Abdominals - Butt's - Thighs), Aero-Box, Circuit Training, Power Yoga, Stretching & Flexibility, Pilates and personalized classes.
Fitness Classes enable you to chose the most relevant type of training for your needs, be it toning, fitness improvement or weight loss. For more information about fitness classes and training feel free to drop by and talk with our English & Thai speaking Instructors.
