The Breathing Space Thailand programme centres on completeness because it is designed to be highly individualized. We believe that treating the whole person requires a thorough understanding of each person’s drug or alcohol abuse.
Our multimodal, individualized, results orientated, programme can make the difference between success and failure in the initial weeks and months of your recovery from addiction.
Psychotherapy used in the programme includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and brief psychotherapy. These are solution-focused and designed to enable the client to achieve progressive development during the course of their stay.
Our drug or alcohol treatment provides a strong starting point for initiating the changes that are necessary to remain drug free.
On completion of our rehabilitation programme we will provide you with 12 weeks aftercare, included in our programme fee with a therapist in your locality.
The Breathing Space treatment programme will challenge your attitude to addiction and enable you to realize you have choices in your life.

Although Breathing Space Thailand is not a 12 Step treatment centre, should clients wish to pursue a 12 step approach to their recovery we would support them in this process, once they have completed treatment with us.
Breathing Space Thailand recognises the value that 12 step fellowships bring to many people’s on-going recoveries and the benefits this brings in providing a network of support after treatment.
